ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date on which payment has been received.

All made to order and customer order will be processed within 10 to 15 days. We will ship as soon as it is ready. 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

We offer the following shipping options within the United States of America:

(i)    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will be shipped free of charge.

(ii)   EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Once order is ready; We will ship by next-day shipping at a flat rate of $35 per order.

 INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

We do not deliver to incomplete addresses, P.O. boxes, lockboxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or locations where an adult signature cannot be obtained. In order to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide, during the checkout process, the first and last name of the intended recipient followed by a complete street address. If you place an order using a P. O. box, an APO/FPO/DPO address, or an incomplete name and/or address, a member of our Customer Support team will contact you via email in order to obtain the additional information required to complete delivery of your order. This information may include proof of identification for fraud prevention purposes. If we are unable to obtain the information required for delivery within 48 hours from the date of our email seeking such information, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.

RECEIPT OF ORDER

Once you have received your tracking number from us, please make note of the date and approximate time when your order is expected to be delivered, as an adult signature is required. If you realize that you will be unavailable on the date on which your order will be delivered, please contact us support@shineorra.com so that we may assist you in rescheduling the delivery. Fedex or UPS will typically make three delivery attempts prior to returning the shipment to our fulfillment facility. If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to redeliver your order.

FRAUD PREVENTION

In order to reduce the chance of a fraudulent purchase on your credit card, a member of our fraud prevention team may reach out to you or your credit card company in order to verify your purchase. This may include requesting proof of identification. In the event that this occurs, the shipment of your order may be delayed by an additional 1 to 2 business days so that we may complete the verification process.

 

RETURNS & Exchange

You may exchange or return your order in its original condition, within 30 days from the date on which your order was received. You will receive either a replacement piece or a full refund, as the case may be. If you are initiating a permitted exchange or return from within the United States, the shipping costs associated with such return or exchange will be free of charge. This includes the return shipping label cost only. ShineOrra is not responsible for additional shipping costs such as, but not limited to, packaging supplies and pickup services.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS 

ShineOrra products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place, as well as with the ShineOrra box and original delivery packaging. ShineOrra shall not be obligated to accept your return or request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such item if:

(i)      the product that you are returning is not packaged in the ShineOrra protective box with all original delivery packaging;

(ii)    the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or

(iii)     the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition

ShineOrra reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchanges which, in ShineOrra sole and absolute discretion, violate, misuse or abuse our return policy.

REFUNDS

From the day your return parcel is delivered to us, Please allow 14 days for processing refund and balance to show on your account.
