To file a lost package claim, you must contact our support team at support@shineorra.com. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the courier. It is your responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address.

We offer free shipping anywhere within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at support@shineorra.com

Once we receive your return parcel, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund and for the balance to reflect in your account.

We can only update addresses for items on made-to-order or recently placed in-stock orders, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the ShineOrra team that will include all necessary tracking information as well as the expected delivery date. Rest assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way until your order arrives safely at your door.

To ensure better service, all ShineOrra orders above $300 require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at home during delivery, kindly contact the nearest UPS or FedEx offices that attempted the delivery.
